If groups are supported by your network, you can create your own private groups that exist only during a chat session.

1. To create a private group, you press Menu, select Messages, Instant messages.
2. Select Login, Groups, and Create Groups.
3. You enter the name of the group and press OK.
4. You enter the screen name to be used as your nickname in this group and press OK.
5. Then, select the names in the contacts list to add them to the private group list, or deselect names to remove them from the list.
6. To send an invitation to the new members in the group, press Options.
7. Select Send invitation.
8. To send the invitation, you key in the invitation and press Send.
