Connecting via Bluetooth

Bluetooth enables wireless connections between electronic devices. A Bluetooth connection can be used to send images, videos, texts, business cards, and calendar notes; or to connect wirelessly to Bluetooth enabled compatible devices such as computers or mobile phones.

Since Bluetooth devices communicate using radio waves, your handset and the other Bluetooth device do not need to be in direct line-of-sight. The two devices only need to be within a maximum of 10 meters of each other, although the connection can be subject to interference from obstructions such as walls or from other electronic devices.

There may be restrictions on using Bluetooth devices. Check with your local authorities.

NOTE

Each Bluetooth device that you connect to needs a 'password' so that it's identifiable. You only need to give this passcode when you connect to the device for the first time.

NOTE

Using Bluetooth consumes the battery heavily. Take this into account when performing other operations with your handset
