Smaller or larger font? To select the font size for reading and writing messages, press Menu and select Messages, Message settings, Other settings and Font size. Handling messages While reading or viewing the message, press Options. You can select an option, for example, to delete, forward or edit the message as a text message or an e-mail, rename the message you are reading or to move it to another folder. Select Copy to calendar to copy text at the beginning of the message to your phone's calendar as a reminder note for the current day. SMS templates The SMS templates are a good way to answer messages quickly or to give brief answers to some standard issues of life. Get the ready-made templates and try out "Sorry, I can't help you on this" on a bad day! E-mail addresses Make a habit of saving the e-mail addresses of your contacts in the phone's memory. A convenient way of typing e-mail and home addresses is with the Nokia Phone Editor in PC Suite. Also make it a habit to back-up your phone's memory! For back-ups, use the Nokia Content Copier. Distribution lists Do you often send the same message to your team or your family? Create distribution lists of the people you need to keep up to date. Read more in Distribution Lists.
