Nokia Application Installer
With Nokia Application Installer, you can install Java™ applications from a compatible PC to your Nokia 6220. The applications can be any kind of J2ME™ applications, such as calculators, calendars or games. You can download the applications from the software pages at www.nokia.com/shop or from your service provider's pages. You can also install Java™ applications that you have created yourself.

To install Java™ applications:

1. Download the Java™ application file types to the PC. The file types that you need when installing an application to your Nokia 6220 phone are .jad and .jar files. If you download the applications from the Internet, make sure that you get both the .jad and .jar files and save them in the same folder on the PC.

2. Connect your phone to the PC.

3. Open Nokia Application Installer.

4. On the left-hand side, browse for the Java™ file you wish to install and select it.

5. You can now click the install arrow in the center of the screen.

6. The application will now be installed on your Phone.
