| You can use your Nokia 6220 as a modem for a compatible PC via infrared
(IrDA) or cable connection. The Nokia 6220 uses the Connectivity Adapter Cable DKU-5, which is available as an accessory. System requirements To install and run the Nokia Modem Options you need:

If
your PC is running Windows 2000, make sure that you have upgraded it with
the IrCOMM patch. Without the IrCOMM patch installed, you will not be
able to make data calls with the PC by using your Nokia 6220 phone. Updates
for Windows are available from the Microsoft Download Center at http://www.microsoft.com/ windows2000/downloads/ security/q252795/default.asp. The installation for Nokia PC Suite will inform you if you need to upgrade IRCOMM. |
