Using the keyguard
Use the keyguard (keypad lock) to prevent the keys from being accidentally pressed. In order to lock/unlock, press the left selection key and then the asterisk button.
Changing between applications
The multitasking capability in the Nokia 3660 phone allows you to use various applications at the same time. To change between applications, hold down the Menu key for a couple of seconds and select another application with the scroll key.
Quick access to profiles
To change the profiles quickly, press the power key and choose a new profile.
Copying contacts from the SIM card
To copy contacts from the SIM card to the phone's memory, go to the SIM folder and press Options. If you want to copy all the messages, select Mark/Unmark > Mark all. Then press Options > Copy to Contacts.
Sending a contact card
You can easily send a contact card to another Nokia phone. Select the contact card you want to send and press Options. Select Send business card > Via short message, Via e-mail, Via Bluetooth or Via Infrared.
Setting up speed dials
If you want to assign a number to one of the speed dial keys, select Tools > Speed dials. You may assign a contact's phone number to keys 2 to 9. Key "1" is reserved for the voice mailbox. Select one of the speed dial key numbers and press the scroll key to assign a phone number to it.
Backing up information
You can backup information from your phone's memory to the memory card. Select Options > Backup phone mem. If you need to restore information from the memory card, select Options > Restore from card.
Lock code
You can set a lock code to your phone to prevent unauthorized use of your phone. Select Tools > Settings > Security settings > Phone and SIM. The lock code contains five digits and the default setting is "12345".
Sending a contact card
Select Contacts and the contact card you would like to send to someone. Then select Options > Send and choose the how to send the card SMS, Bluetooth or Infrared
