Installing Applications

You can install various types of Java applications (for example games, travel dictionaries, personal data management applications) to your Nokia 3200 phone.

To do this:

  1. Download the Java application file types to your compatible PC. The file types that you need to install an application to your Nokia 3200 phone are .jad and .jar files. If you download the applications from the Internet, make sure that you get both .jad and .jar files and save them in the same folder on your compatible PC.
  2. Connect your phone to a compatible PC.
  3. Open the Nokia Application Installer.
  4. On the left-hand side, browse for the Java file you wish to install and select it.
  5. You can now click the install arrow in the center of the screen.
  6. The application will now be installed on your phone.

Note! You can also use the Nokia Application Installer to remove applications.
