The Nokia Sound converter allows you to convert normal Midi tones that your compatible PC supports into scaleable tones that can be played by your Nokia 3200 phone (polyphonic ringing tones). After you have converted the tone, you can transfer it to your Nokia 3200 phone via infrared or cable.
