MMS settings
We highly recommend that you install the connection settings to your Nokia 3120 phone using a smart message, Over the Air (OTA). Go to http://www.nokia.com/phonesettings and follow the instructions.
In some cases you may need to configure the settings manually. In that case, be sure to check out the WAP and GPRS Settings section. In addition to the connection settings, there are a number of other details you might want to customize.
Basic settings for the Multimedia Messages
Press Menu, and select Messages, Message settings and Multimedia msgs. Select
- Save sent messages. Select Yes to save the sent multimedia messages in the Sent items folder. If No is selected, the sent messages are not saved.
- Delivery reports to ask the network to send delivery reports about your messages (network service).
- Allow multimedia reception. Choose No, Yes or In home network to use the multimedia service. In home network does not allow the receiving of multimedia messages when outside your home network.
- Incoming multimedia messages. Select Retrieve to allow the reception of multimedia messages, or select Reject.
- Allow adverts. You can choose to allow or reject advertisements.
