Multimedia Messaging
With multimedia messages you can send text, images and audio from phone to phone - or from phone to e-mail. With your Nokia 2650 phone you are able to send, receive and forward MMS messages up to 100 kB.
Multimedia messaging in your Nokia 2650 supports the following formats:
Picture
- BMP (Bitmap Picture)
- GIF (Graphics Interchange Format)
- JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
- PNG (Portable Network Graphics)
- WBMP (Wireless Bitmap Picture)
Sound
- Scalable Polyphonic MIDI (SP-MIDI).
- AMR audio and monophonic ringing tones. AMR is a narrowband sound encoding method especially designed for speech.
You can also add calendar notes and business cards in multimedia messages.
