Distribution Lists

If you need to send messages frequently to a fixed group of recipients, you can define a distribution list and use it when sending a message. You can define up to 6 distribution lists with up to 10 recipients in each. The phone sends a text message to each recipient separately. To add a new distribution list: 1. Press Menu, select Messages and Distribution lists. 2. Press Options and select Add list. 3. Give the distribution list the name that you want, press Options and select View list. To add a contact to the list, press Options and select Add contact. You can add up to 10 recipients to one distribution list. To view and edit distribution lists, press Menu and select Messages, and Distribution lists.

		Is it cheaper to send messages using a distribution list?
		No, it isn't. The messages are sent separately, so the cost is the invoiced per message. However, it is much more convenient and faster.
