To add a note to a calendar, complete
the following steps.
- Press Menu.
- Select Organiser.
- Select Calendar.
- Scroll to the day that you want.
The current day is indicated by a frame around it. If any
notes are set for the day, the day is shown in bold. You
press View to view the notes for that day.
- Press Options.
- Select Make
a note.
- Select Meeting.
- Enter the subject of the note
and press Save.
- Enter the location of the meeting
and press Save.
- Enter the Start date and press
OK.
- Enter the Start time and press
OK.
- Enter the End date and press OK.
- Enter the End time and press OK.
- To set the alarm type, select
With tone.
- To set the note alarm time, select
30 min before. The
note is saved.
